"The fairways are wide and the tee off is relatively easy, but the greens are surrounded by bunkers and long grass, and attacking the greens requires precise calculations; Putting on greens where evergreen bentgrass is grown is even more challenging! ”
— Jack Nicklaus.
Hole introduction
Spring City Lakeside Resort Mountain View Course was designed by Jack Nicklaus, the best American male golfer of the 20th century and founder of the world-renowned golf course design firm. The course makes full use of the undulating natural terrain, which not only combines the open and expressive spiritual realm of the waterfront scenery, but also the quiet and deep charm of the mountain landscape. This is where Par 500, one of the 18 best holes in the world, is par 4.

The terrain of the hole has a long "dogleg" shape that curves slightly to the left, and the best way to play is to serve to the right.
